How to Open the Fuel Filler Cap on a Smart Fortwo

Let’s see how to open the fuel filler cap for refuelling on a Smart Fortwo. First, open the fuel flap located on the left side of the car's body (insert your finger in the plastic space to open it); you will find the black plastic fuel cap: unscrew it and remove it from the tank neck (attach the cap to the flap). After refuelling, screw the cap back onto the neck (which was previously unscrewed). Close the fuel flap after refuelling (ensure the flap is closed).
