How to Remove the Stereo on Smart Fortwo

Removing and installing the stereo on a Smart Fortwo, here’s how to do it. Use the original or aftermarket metal keys to remove the stereo from the Ducato. Insert the keys into the holes on either side of the plastic cover of the stereo. Pull the stereo towards you, being careful with the various cables (disconnect the power connectors and the antenna cable). Install the original stereo or a generic brand with the appropriate adapter for the connection and wiring. Connect the electrical connectors and fit it back into the dashboard. Check if it works.
