How to replace the headlight bulb on Smart cars

Model: Smart Smart 453 - Years 2014-2022

With the car switched off, the handbrake on and the key removed, open the front hood. Observe the area behind the lighthouse concerned: you will notice a small circular rubber cover. Remove the same by pulling it off with your hands. Disconnect the connector now uncovered by simply pulling it. Then lift the metal catch, similar to a large paper clip, to release the bulb. Extract the same and replace it with the new one you have purchased which will only be inserted in place. Then replace the metal clip, connect the connector and mount the rubber cover. Make sure everything is working out for the best.
