In today's video, you will learn how to properly open the bonnet of a first-generation Smart Fortwo by following these simple instructions. To open the bonnet, simply disengage the levers located at the front, where the grille is situated; once opened, you can remove the bonnet as shown in the video. For reassembly, take care not to leave it open; indeed, it should be inserted from the sides first and then secured properly from underneath, before closing the front grille levers!
