Operation: How to deactivate the ESP system in the Smart ForTwo?

In this video we can see how to disable the ESP system in the Smart ForTwo 450, valid for each version of this model. Since there is no dedicated command, we have to intervene from the ODB socket that we can find in the fuse box located in the lower left area of the dashboard. Once identified, make sure that the key is not inserted, then connect pins 4 and 7 with a bridge, as shown in the video. The next time the car is turned on, we will find the warning light that informs us that the system has been deactivated. In case we want to reactivate it, simply remove the bridge with the car off.
