In this guide, you will learn how to reset the service light on a Smart 453. When the message indicating the need for a check appears on your display, press the OK button located on the left side of the steering wheel. Hold it down until you see the service message start to flash. At that point, continue to hold the OK button. After a few seconds, the message will stop flashing, and a message will appear indicating that a new check has been preset after the next 12,500 miles. At this point, you can release the button, and the operation will be complete.
