First, remove the steering wheel from its position by taking out the appropriate steering wheel fasteners. Next, work directly on the steering wheel. Disconnect the centre cushion from the steering wheel. At this point, the airbag will be in front of you. Carry out the necessary operations, then proceed to reassemble the component. Once done, you can finish your work and reset any warning lights that may appear.
