Operation: How to deactivate the Start&Stop system of the Smart 451

Disabling the START&STOP system of the Smart 451 permanently is a very simple operation, which can be carried out independently thanks to our short video tutorial. To deactivate the system, it is necessary to open the compartment of the system using a flat-head screwdriver, located on the lower dashboard near the gear shift. Once the compartment is open, disconnect the connector. Insert an electrical wire inside the connector to create a bridge between conduit 4 and conduit 2, then seal everything with high-temperature insulating tape and reintroduce the connector into the compartment without connecting it. Close the compartment and turn on the ignition, the light will flash but the system will no longer be able to function.

How to reset the tire pressure warning light on Dacia Sandero?

Let's see below how it is possible to reset the low tire pressure signal on the car: first of all it is necessary to check the correct tire pressure by comparing it with the pressures reported in the use and maintenance manual. After that, turn on the ignition and locate the command on the right side of the steering wheel at the top that allows you to access the on-board computer menu, then select the car symbol, after which select the "up arrow" command up to that the indication "tire pressure" appears on the display.
