How to Change the Battery in Ssangyong Rexton Remote

If your car remote is no longer working, it’s probably time to replace the battery as it is flat. Here’s how to do it. Using a small screwdriver, remove the rubber cap from the side of the logo at the base of the key. Unscrew the two screws found inside. Then, carefully use a lever to separate the plastic top of the remote. Now you can separate the two parts and access the battery compartment. Remove the battery from its housing and replace it with a new one, usually coded "CR 2032". Finally, reassemble everything.
