Today we will explain how to replace the battery of the Subaru key fob. The malfunction of the key fob is almost always due to a low battery. To replace the battery, we need to press the button along the top of the key fob to remove the emergency key stored inside. After removing the top part, we insert a flathead screwdriver into the key fob to open it and replace the battery. We then close the key fob and reinsert the emergency key inside.
