In this short and simple video, learn how to disassemble and replace the battery in the remote key for the Subaru Outback. First, take your remote and start by removing the physical key from inside it; then, use something thin to pry open the gap and remove the rear cover of the remote, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a CR 2032 3V); simply reassemble the remote and check its functionality!
