Let’s discover the step-by-step instructions to dismantle the front seat of the driver or passenger in the Subaru Forester. First, open the front door and start by unscrewing all the screws found on the front seat rails using a 14 millimetre socket spanner, moving it back and forth.

Then, disconnect the airbag electrical connector located under the seat, as shown in the video. At this point, completely remove the seat from the vehicle; for reassembly, simply apply the reverse procedure!
