In this video, you can see how to replace the air filter on the Subaru Outback, a very simple and quick operation. Start by opening the bonnet, then locate the box behind the headlamp on the passenger side. Open it by unlocking the two upper clips and, as shown in the video, loosen the metal clamp on the collector to remove the half containing the filter. At this point, remove the old filter, clean the inside of the box thoroughly if necessary, and fit the replacement. Finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
