How to disassemble the fuel pump of a Suzuki Vitara? To begin with, disconnect the battery cables, then, unscrew the tightening screws of the metal cap with a socket wrench, remove it from its seat, use absorbent paper around the perimeter to stop accidental liquid leaks. Unscrew the large locking pin of the fuel pump (if present) with a chisel, disconnect the power supply terminals and the liquid circulation pipes. We extract the floating fuel pump from its seat with attached pieces. Finally we reassemble a new piece.
