Removing the Rear Bumper on a Grand Vitara

Model: Suzuki Grand Vitara MK 2 - Years 2005-2015
Part: Rear bumper

Start by unlocking and lifting the rear tailgate until it is fully open. Remove the securing screws located at the top of the bumper, then take out the screws at the sides of the wheel arch liners. Finally, use a lever to detach the securing clips located at the bottom of the bumper (between the black plastic trim and the bumper). Once the bumper is free from any screws or pins, grasp it with both hands and pull it away from the bodywork (disconnect the electrical connectors). Fit a new bumper at the rear of the vehicle (don’t forget to reconnect the electrical connectors).
