First, open the bonnet of your car and start by removing the plastic cover above the bumper, taking off the various clips; then remove the grille to access the horn, as illustrated in the video. At this point, use a socket spanner to unscrew the bolts, then disconnect the electrical connector; all that remains is to replace and reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!
