The battery on this car is not located in the engine compartment but under the driver's seat, so it must be removed to access it. Then proceed to disconnect first the negative pole and then the positive one. Take the new battery and place it in the housing and then proceed to hang up the positive pole first and finally the negative one and the work will be completed.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo
