In this video, learn how to use the Hill Descent Control function on the Suzuki Vitara: it directly engages the vehicle's brakes, activating them as needed on steep descents, allowing the driver to focus solely on steering. Set the drive mode to "lock"; if the speed is below 15 mph, press the HDC switch, and the speed will be limited to 6 mph. The system deactivates when you press the accelerator. Remember, if the HDC system is used for an extended period, the braking system may overheat, and the system will temporarily deactivate.
