In this guide, let's see the instructions on how to disassemble and replace the variator of the Sym Joymax 125 Z scooter, by following these simple steps. First of all, we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing the transmission cover fixing screws; then we unscrew the nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, disconnecting and then removing the drive belt, as shown in the video. At this point we remove and replace our variator, together with the rollers that we find inside it; reassemble the transmission and the outer cover!

How to change the engine oil and oil filter on the Keeway Cafe Racer 152

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
