In this tutorial we can see how to adjust the handbrake in the Toyota Corolla, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we park the vehicle on a flat surface and with the first gear engaged, then we position ourselves on the passenger seat, unscrew the indicated bolts and remove both the base of the gear lever and the plastic cover of the central tunnel. We then bring the handbrake lever to full extension, locate the adjustment nut, and, using a 10mm wrench, tighten it until we reach the desired level of tension.
