To remove the rear seats from the Toyota RAV4, first, fold down the rear seat backs by pulling the levers located at the sides of the corresponding headrests. Once the seat backs are lowered, you can proceed to loosen the screws that secure them in place at the rear.

After completely removing the seat backs, you can remove the seat bases by unscrewing the screws at the back, which will now be accessible. This will allow you to replace them with new spare parts.
