In this video, we will show you how to change the battery in the remote for a Toyota Auris: on one side, there is a button clearly marked "press". Do this to remove the physical key inside. Using this key, pry open the casing to split it in half.

Inside one half, you will find a round plastic cover: use a sharp object (being careful not to damage anything) to remove this cover. Underneath, you will find a button cell battery, a common CR2032 that you can find at any supermarket or electronics store.

Replace it, ensuring the polarity is correct, then close everything up and put the physical key back in place.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?
