In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the 12V battery in a Toyota Auris Hybrid, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the instrument panel is off for safety, then open the boot, lift the floor panel, and remove the tool basket.

Next, unscrew the negative terminal nut with a 10 mm spanner, disconnect it, repeat the process for the positive terminal, and unscrew the nut of the fixing bracket. At this point, simply extract the old battery, place the replacement, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
