In this video we can see how to replace the rearview mirror of a Toyota Aygo (but also of a Citroen C1 or a Peugeot 107). We can find the primed mirror for replacement for example on tarostrade. It has the code 56-2001-L-230281 at the price of 41.49 euros + delivery costs. We need to remove the panel located on the side of the window, on the inside, and that reaches halfway through the door, by levering on the sides with a screwdriver. We will expose a sealing bolt that needs to be removed, and then we will have to disconnect the electrical connector that controlled the mirror. We remove the broken mirror and replace it with the new one, tighten the bolt and reconnect the electrical connection. We do a functionality test before putting the partition back in place.
