How to change the battery of a Toyota Aygo X key

In this very useful tutorial, we can see how to change the battery of a Toyota Aygo X key, a procedure also valid for other Toyota vehicles of the same generation. So let's start the replacement procedure by removing the physical emergency key as shown in the video, then insert the key just removed into a special slot inside its housing and then rotate it and lever on the two halves of the remote to open it. Once this is done, we can remove the old battery to replace it with a new one and then close everything following the reverse procedure. The necessary battery is the 3V DL2450.
