This video describes the essential steps to restore the pre-collision system on a Toyota vehicle. Common causes of malfunction can be dirty or obstructed radar sensors or camera (located behind the Toyota emblem); weak or unstable battery, or wiring problems.

But it could also be a temporary error. So it is important to clean the sensors, cleaning the Toyota logo well, and the camera located on the windshield; check that the battery has a stable voltage, and check the functionality of the dedicated fuses.

If the warning persists, turn on the ignition, press the "menu" button and navigate to "PCS settings", where we will select "reset PCS" and confirm. Turn off the ignition and then turn it back on for verification.
