To ensure that the Service light is removed from the instrument panel of the Toyota Corolla, you will need to press and hold the button on the right side of the panel while it is turned off: continue holding the button down and you will be able to insert the ignition key into the slot and turn it to start the instrument panel.

You will need to continue holding the button for a few seconds, until the light disappears completely from the panel: at this point, you can release the button to finish the procedure and then turn off the panel.
