How to reset the service light on the Toyota Prius

Today we will see how to reset the service light on a Toyota Prius, produced from 2004 to 2009. To reset the maintenance light, we need to turn on the instrument panel and hold down the Menu/SET button, located on the central dashboard. We wait for the current kilometers to start flashing on the display before restarting the instrument panel by holding down the button. After restarting the instrument panel, the new kilometers will be displayed on the screen and we can release the button. If the reset is not successful, it will be necessary to go to a Toyota workshop to perform a computerized diagnosis.
