Detailed instructions - Let's see how to clean the throttle valve of the Toyota Aygo: first of all, once the front hood is open, we need to remove the air box, unlocking the 4 clips that secure the cover. This way the throttle valve is visible with its flaps. We unscrew the three fixing bolts and move connectors and cables to facilitate access; we disconnect the two electrical connectors by pressing the tabs; if the accelerator is mechanical, we also remove it; we spray a detergent spray like LiquiMoly that we can find on Amazon with the code B00295DCTK at the price of 9.72 euros with free delivery in one day for Prime customers; remove carbon deposits especially on the sides of the throttle, and allow to air dry carefully. Reinsert the clean valve, screw in the bolts, reconnect the electrical connector, reposition the air box and start the engine to check its operation and sound.
