Euro NCAP Test Results for the 2025 Toyota Yaris Cross

It scored 79% for adult protection, with a rating deemed "weak" for the driver's chest, insufficient airbag pressure, and risk structures on the dashboard for occupants of different sizes. However, child protection is excellent at 85%. Vulnerable road user protection (pedestrians and cyclists) is good at 83%, while it is not considered adequate regarding driver assistance systems (it should be noted that the assessment criteria are extremely high) with a score of 76%. This is a very safe vehicle, but it has unexpected deficits in driver protection and lacks some assistance technologies that Euro NCAP now considers standard for the highest rating.
