How to Set the Speed Limiter on the Toyota Yaris Cross

Learn how to set and use the speed limiter on the Toyota Yaris Cross. The system is activated by the central lever inwards: a green light with the word LIM will illuminate on the dashboard, indicating that the system is active but without a set limit. You can set the limit while stationary by pressing the lever down to the "set" position, which will set a very low limit that you can then adjust with the +/– buttons; however, the best way is while driving, reach the desired speed and press "set". You can also adjust the speed with +/–. You can temporarily override the limit, for example, for overtaking, by pressing the accelerator fully, which, once released, will allow the system to resume limiting automatically. To deactivate, press "cancel" and to reactivate "res"; to completely deactivate the system, press the central lever again and the green light will turn off.
