Replace the outer handle mounted on the door if damaged. Here’s how to do it. To remove the lock, you must detach the internal cover panel.

After removing the panel, unscrew the screw located inside the door with a screwdriver and release the metal clip. Remove the left cover of the handle, then slide the handle to the left of the door.

Take out the door opening handle and insert the new piece into the door. Install the new handle inside the door, screw in the securing screws, and lock the clips.

Refit the door panel.
