How to remove the rear seat of a Toyota Yaris? Here's how to do it from inside the vehicle. Remove the seat base (lift the seat with your hands) until it detaches completely from the floor pan. Remove the rear seat backs: take out the metal guides at both ends of the backrest (mounted on the car's body), using plastic or metal levers for assistance. Detach one part of the seat from the car's body (repeat the same operation on the other half of the backrest). Fit the new rear seats, starting with the backrests and then the seat base.
