Fuel Filter Replacement

Replacing the fuel filter is a simple task that should be done regularly for optimal performance. The filter is located under the rear seat, which needs to be removed. Start by disconnecting the fuel connector, lift the filter upwards, and disconnect the fuel lines, allowing the diesel to drain. Unscrew the filter cover and remove it. The filter cartridge is attached to the cover and can be removed by applying some force. Replace the cartridge and refit the cover, replacing the rubber seal. Reconnect the fuel lines and the connector. Clean up any fuel spills thoroughly to prevent fire hazards.
