This guide shows how to reset the maintenance light on a Toyota 4Runner. The first step is to turn on the instrument cluster and select 'Trip A' on the multifunction display using the selection button on the instrument cluster, then turn off the instrument cluster. While holding the trip selection button, turn on the instrument cluster and wait for the oil quality data reset message to disappear from the multifunction display. At this point, turn off and then turn on the instrument cluster again to check that the operation has been completed correctly.
