How to solve the problem of the engine light and "Trac off" on Toyota cars

In this video, it is explained how to solve the problem of the engine light coming on at the same time as the "Trac off" light on the dashboard of Toyota cars. The first thing to know is that when there is a problem with the engine, Toyota turns off the traction control, so it is not necessarily a problem with this component, and the only way to solve the situation is to read the error codes that have been stored on the ECU, through the OBD port, located on the lower left side of the dashboard. By connecting a reading tool - found on all e-commerce platforms for a few euros - and finding error codes such as 0441 which could be a problem related to a faulty fuel tank cap, or the code c0210, related to the rear wheel speed sensor that may need to be replaced. So traction control often has nothing to do with it. We just need to check the error codes on the ECU.
