How to Replace the Air Filter on a Toyota Yaris

This guide shows how to replace the car's air filter. First, go to the engine bay and disconnect the connector from the sensor located on the filter. Detach the air duct using the metal clip and disconnect the two retaining clips of the filter cover (at the corners of the filter housing). At this point, you can remove the old filter and install the new one. Follow the previous steps in reverse and the replacement is complete. The tools needed for the replacement are: a spanner or screwdriver with the appropriate bit; new air filter.
