Installation of iPod Connection Kit to Car Radio

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp90 - Years 2005-2011

With this kit, you can connect your iPhone to the car radio. To install it, proceed as follows: starting from the bottom, unclip the side panels of the radio. Continue by removing the top part of the console and, starting from the bottom, unclip the central black panel that includes the ventilation controls. Now unscrew the radio screws and remove it. Connect the module with the provided connector to the unused socket found at the back of the radio. Connect your iPhone to the control unit and turn the ignition key to check the operation and settings of the control unit. From the "FM" mode and then "radio", press the "disc" button twice and "disc 1" will appear. In this mode, you can select tracks using the radio or iPhone buttons. In "disc 2...3..." mode, pressing the text button will show your playlists. Now all that is left is to route the cables, secure the control unit, and reassemble everything. Required tools: magnetic cross screwdriver or alternatively a telescopic screwdriver with magnet, tool for unclipping the internal panel clips.
