How to Adjust the Clutch in a Toyota Yaris

In this video, you will learn how to adjust the clutch in a Toyota Yaris. With the gearbox on the ground, locate the clutch actuator and move it to the end of the slotted holes, bringing it closer to the screws. With the gearbox installed, fit the pin included in the clutch kit. Now install the template with the grinding tool included in the clutch kit as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the fixing screws and allow the spring to act. Tighten the three fixings of the clutch actuator to a torque of 15Nm. Check for any play between the clutch actuator and the push rod. Now remove the tools that were previously installed.
