Today we will see how to replace the speakers of the acoustic system in the Toyota Highlander. For the first operation, we release the protective net with a lever for coachbuilders, taking care not to damage the hooks. Removed the net, unscrew the 2 pins that fix the speaker box to the dashboard panel. If the new speakers have faston connections, the original connectors must be cut. Now, after having stripped the 2 electric wires, we need to get a cable that ends with the female faston. Connect the wires with special connectors and using a crimping pliers, we can connect the female fastons with the male ones of the new speakers. Now we can place the speakers in their compartment and screw the 2 fixing pins. Finally, we can insert the relative retina. Repeat for the other speaker. Now let's turn on the car radio and try the result of our work.
