To replace the serpentine belt on a Toyota Rav 4, lift the car so you can loosen the bolts securing the front right wheel, removing it completely. Once removed, unscrew the screws that secure the inner wheel arch cover, removing it as well to access the pulleys underneath. The belt can then be removed from the pulleys and replaced with a new one. After replacement, remount the inner wheel arch cover and the corresponding wheel.
