How to Reset the MMT Gearbox on the Toyota Yaris?

To reset the automatic gearbox on the Toyota Yaris MMT, turn the key to switch on the instrument panel, ensuring that the warning light indicating a fault in the automatic gearbox appears. To make this light disappear and unlock the gearbox, press the clutch pedal and apply some pressure on the brake pedal. This way, you can turn the key counterclockwise and switch off the instrument panel: when you turn it back on, the warning light will have disappeared, and you will be able to use the automatic gearbox, which will now be unlocked.
