How do you reset the MMT gearbox of Toyota cars?

To reset the automatic transmission MMT of the Toyota Yaris, you will need to turn the key to turn on the instrument panel, making sure that the warning light indicating a malfunction in the automatic transmission appears on the instrument panel. To turn off this warning light and unlock the transmission, you will need to press down on the clutch pedal and apply some pressure on the brake pedal. In this way, you will be able to turn the key counterclockwise and turn off the instrument panel: when you turn it back on, the warning light will have disappeared from the panel and you will be able to use the automatic transmission, which will be unlocked.
