How do you recalibrate the semi-automatic MMT gearbox of a Toyota Yaris?

The semi-automatic MMT gearbox of a Toyota Yaris, after a certain number of miles (50,000, which is about 80,000 km), must be recalibrated, otherwise when we put it in "E" and press the accelerator, it jerks and loses smoothness. The same happens when putting it in "R". In this case, the space between the clutch and the pressure plates must be reduced, so the best thing to do is to take the car to the workshop, so that the gearbox learns the correct values. It is not recommended to do this operation by yourself, as it could lead to results opposite to those you would like to achieve.
