In this tutorial, see how to replace the pollen filter on a Toyota Avensis by following a few simple steps: first, purchase a new pollen filter from an authorised dealer; next, get inside the vehicle, switch off the engine, and pull the handbrake. The cabin filter on this vehicle is located inside, behind the glove compartment, so remove all items inside it and press the sides of the glove compartment inward, then detach the right-side latch to remove the glove compartment from its position. Now, remove the filter cover and take out the old filter element; once done, position the new filter in place, following the arrows on the filter itself.
