Replacing the Intake Manifold Gasket

To replace the intake manifold gasket, the first step is cleaning: you must remove any dirt and deposits from the gasket seat, both on the cylinder head side and the manifold side, to ensure perfect adhesion and sealing of the gasket. Once cleaning is complete, insert the new gasket (without applying gasket sealant) aligning it perfectly with the dowel pins, then fit the manifold and tighten the respective fixing nuts using a torque wrench, following a cross-tightening pattern.
