Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Toyota Avensis T250, MK 2 - Years 2003-2008

The cabin air filter for this car model is located on the passenger side, just behind the glove compartment. To replace it, open the glove compartment door and press the sides to retract the limit stops, allowing it to fully swing down. At this point, you can access the filter seat, remove the cover, and take out the filter, cleaning any dirt residue present. Insert the new filter, orienting it according to the airflow direction indicated by the arrows, and close the cover before reversing the steps to reassemble the glove compartment.
