How to Change the Cabin Air Filter on the Toyota Avensis

To replace the cabin air filter on this vehicle, first obtain a replacement that meets the specified requirements and is compatible with the car. Follow the instructions below and also refer to the video. Access the vehicle from the passenger side, open the glove compartment located under the dashboard, and unclip the side mounting supports to fully remove it. Beneath it, you will find the filter housing. To access it, pull the plastic cover towards you. Then, remove the old filter and place the new one in the housing. Press the cover back into place and reassemble the glove compartment.
