In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the air filter on Toyota Avensis, following some simple steps: the first thing to do is to buy a new air filter from an authorized dealer; next step we have to get in the car, turn off the car and pull the handbrake. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the special rod. Unhook the filter box lid clips and lift the lid off; remove the old filter element and clean the housing of any dirt, leaves, etc. Fit the new air filter and close the filter box cover with the special hooks and lower the bonnet.

All you have to do is start the car ignition and then fully open the glove compartment on the passenger side. Locate the two buttons in the right corner and press "Set". At this point the reset is complete and you can turn off the ignition.
