How to Change the Key Battery on the Toyota Corolla

If you notice that your remote control can no longer unlock the doors or activate the central locking, it is time to replace the battery. To proceed with this operation, follow the instructions below and also check the video. First, you will need a sharp object or a small screwdriver to remove the small screw located behind the key. Once the cover is removed, extract the battery from inside the transponder and replace it with a new one of the same model. Finally, reassemble the transponder and screw the cover back on.
